Welcome to the products and services of the YouVibe platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "YouVibe")! We well understand the importance of personal information to you, and your trust is of great importance to us. We will strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, and minimum necessity, and take corresponding security protection measures, with a view to keeping your personal information secure and controllable. Your agreement to this Policy indicates that you have understood the basic functions provided by our products and services, as well as the necessary personal information required for the operation of the basic functions, and that you have granted the corresponding authorization for collection and use; however, this does not mean that you have separately agreed to enable additional functions. Where the enabling of additional functions is involved, we will separately seek your consent based on your actual usage. I. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to the various products and services of YouVibe that we provide to you through our website and new forms that may emerge with the development of technology. Except for the personal information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by YouVibe users or other third parties; such other services are governed by the privacy policy or other personal information collection and use rules separately explained to you by them.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Information

(I) Helping You Become a Registered User and Account Management

1. YouVibe Basic Services

We provide registered-user basic services based on your YouVibe account. To register a YouVibe account, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number, the nickname and password you intend to use. When you need to access services that require logging in to YouVibe, or when you no longer use YouVibe services and request to cancel your account, we will verify your user identity based on the aforementioned information you provided, to ensure that the registration, login, usage, or cancellation is performed by you yourself, in order to protect your account security. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you will be unable to register a YouVibe account, but you may still use the browsing and search services.

You may use the products or services provided by us and/or our affiliated companies through your user account on the YouVibe website or other entry points. To make it convenient for you to manage your user account, we will synchronize and display your registration information within YouVibe services, as well as the operations you have performed and their results in YouVibe or products and services associated with YouVibe.

You may set your own avatar, occupation, personal signature, and other information. The aforementioned information will be publicly displayed in scenarios such as reviews, sharing, public posting, or other interactions. The aforementioned information constitutes non-essential personal information; your failure to provide it will not affect your use of YouVibe services.

2. Authorized Login

When you use your registered account to log in to our products and/or services, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number for verification.

To help you use YouVibe services and associated products and services more efficiently and conveniently, we support your logging in with third-party platform accounts (such as a 万相营造账户, GitHub account, Sina Weibo account, WeChat account, or other platform accounts). We may, based on your authorization, obtain your account information on such third-party platform (including mobile phone number, email address, nickname, and avatar, subject to the specific content of your authorization) for binding with your YouVibe account, so that you can conveniently use third-party platform account information to register, log in to, and use our products and services. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. To meet the legal and regulatory requirements regarding the real-name system for the internet, when you use a third-party platform account to authorize login to our products and/or services, the first authorization requires binding your mobile phone number.

3. Identity Verification

To meet relevant legal provisions and regulatory requirements, verify the authenticity of user identities, carry out risk control such as anti-fraud, and ensure system and service security, when you use certain services/functions, we need to collect your relevant information for identity verification, such as:

[Account Recovery] When you use the "Account Recovery" function, we may collect your identity information, including your real name and ID document number, to verify your identity and help you recover your YouVibe account.

[Real-Name / Real-Person Authentication] Based on the need to facilitate transactions for special types of goods or services, to apply for member roles subject to additional identity authentication requirements (such as sellers, content creators), and in other scenarios where user real identity needs to be verified in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Provisions on the Administration of Internet User Account Information (《互联网用户账号信息管理规定》) (including safeguarding the rights and interests of minors in accordance with the law, combating telecom and network fraud, withholding and remitting individual income tax, and identifying relevant parties in administrative law enforcement or judicial proceedings), you need to undergo real-name or real-person authentication. To achieve the authentication purpose, you need to proactively provide relevant true identity information (such as name, ID document number, or facial recognition information, which may vary according to actual circumstances and shall be subject to page prompts) and authorize us to verify the information through a national authoritative and trusted identity authentication institution, or authorize us to obtain the necessary authentication information of your bound Alipay account from Alipay. We will record and retain the authentication information and authentication results in accordance with the law. Such information is solely used for completing the authentication purpose or other purposes stipulated by laws and regulations, and will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit authorization. In addition, when you participate in promotional or interactive activities on the platform, we need to inquire with Alipay about the real-name authentication status of your bound Alipay account, in order to verify your basic eligibility for participation and safeguard your activity experience.

(II) Providing You with Services for Information Browsing, Uploading, Creation, Display, and Management

1. Material Creation, Generation, and Management Services

When you log in to and use YouVibe services, you may browse, favorite, like, and comment on publicly displayed material information within the platform; you may upload, create, publish, or otherwise manage your images, videos, audio, code, web pages, and other materials; you may initiate, participate in, or otherwise manage your material creation projects; or you may publish other information through the functional services we provide. If you use the artificial intelligence generation services provided by us or our affiliates or partners, for the original text, images, videos, audio, and other setting information input or uploaded by you that must be collected for the use of such service, we will process it ourselves or, on the basis of complying with the principle of minimum necessity, transmit it to our affiliates or partners for processing by such affiliates or partners. We will, in accordance with legal requirements, take strict encryption measures for such information of yours during the collection, transmission, and storage processes, to ensure the security of your information. We only provide basic information processing services, will not extract identifying information, and will not use it for identification purposes; you may manage the relevant information on your own within the service interface.

2. Material and Information Content Sharing and Publishing Services

During your use of the aforementioned functions, you may, according to the interface prompts, set the sharing and visibility scope of the materials and projects you upload and publish. We will collect and display on YouVibe pages the materials you publicly publish, your comment information, and your avatar and nickname. If you allow other users to send you authorization inquiry messages, or you send authorization inquiry messages to other users, the text, images, and materials you publish, as well as your avatar and nickname information, will be displayed to the other party. Please note that the information you publicly publish may involve your own or others' personal information. Please carefully consider whether to share or publicly disclose such information when using our services. If the information you publicly publish involves others' personal information, you must obtain their consent before publishing. If you determine to set materials and information as publicly visible, such materials and information may be independently saved, used, or published to other platforms by other users or third parties not under our control.

To provide you with service information that better fits your needs, we will collect and use your records of searching, uploading, downloading, favoriting, deleting, and interacting (liking, providing feedback, commenting, sharing, etc.) when you access or use the YouVibe platform website, as well as other information for which we have obtained your authorization. To meet your diverse needs, we will introduce diversified recommendation technology, either to recommend new products and services to you in combination with the aforementioned information, or to use the aforementioned information for maintaining, developing, and improving YouVibe's service capabilities and quality and in new businesses we will undertake in the future, or for other purposes that we clearly inform you of and that you consent to.

(III) Notifications and Interactive Communication

In the course of providing services, YouVibe may, through the email address, mobile phone number, contact address, and other contact information you provided during your use of the products and/or services, or by means of in-site messages, SMS, pop-up push notifications, etc., send you relevant business notification information regarding operational activities, products and services, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, etc.

If you participate in relevant operational activities, experience surveys, etc., we may collect other information you fill in through the operational activity and survey interfaces, so as to get in touch with you, verify your eligibility for participation and reward acquisition, distribute operational rewards to you, etc. We will separately inform you of the specific scope of collection and use in the relevant scenarios and obtain your consent. If you do not participate in the relevant operational activities, you do not need to provide the aforementioned information.

If you do not wish to receive our messages, you may unsubscribe through the unsubscribe method provided in the notification message or product service, or you may directly contact us to unsubscribe through user feedback or email. If you wish to turn off pop-up notifications, you may close them via the "Skip" button or related buttons on the pop-up page.

(IV) Customer Service and Dispute Handling

When you contact us or submit a dispute resolution application, in order to safeguard your account and system security, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity.

To facilitate contacting you, help you resolve issues as quickly as possible, or record the handling plans and results of relevant issues, we may retain your communications with us, your correspondence/call records, and related content (including account information, service information, other information you provided to prove relevant facts, or contact information you left behind). If you make inquiries, complaints, or suggestions regarding a specific product or service, we will use your account information and usage record information.

For the reasonable need of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use your other information, including the relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, and the survey response information you send to us when you participate in questionnaires.

(V) Providing You with Security Safeguards

To enhance the security of your use of the products and services provided by us, our affiliated companies, and partners, to protect your personal and property safety or that of other users or the public from infringement, to better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and to more accurately identify situations that violate laws and regulations or relevant agreements and rules, we may collect your member information, application information, device information, device network environment information, location information, and carrier information. To prevent the risks of phishing websites, fraud, network attacks, and network intrusions, we only process software installation information locally on the device and will not upload it to the server.

We may use your aforementioned information as well as account information and service log information, and information for which our affiliates and partners have obtained your authorization or that may be provided to us in accordance with the law, to assess account security and information security, perform identity verification, identify violations of laws and regulations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law.

1. Additional Services Based on System Permissions

Among the basic functions we provide to you, we may collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions, in order to ensure service quality and experience. If you do not agree to enable the relevant permissions, it will not affect your use of our basic services. You may view and manage the permission status in your device's "Settings," and may decide on your own whether to enable or disable permissions. Once disabled, we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

2. Cookie and Similar Technology Services

To ensure the normal operation of the website and to provide you with a more relaxed access experience, we will store Cookies on your computer or mobile device, or other local storage provided by the browser (or associated applications) that typically contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters (collectively referred to as "Cookies"). (VII) Other Rules Regarding the Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. If the information you provide contains other users' personal information, before providing such personal information to the YouVibe platform, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization.

2. If we use information for other purposes not stated in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance.

3. If we indirectly obtain your information from a third party, we will, before collection, expressly require such third party in writing to explain its source of personal information and whether it has obtained your lawful authorization for the collection, processing, and provision of your personal information to us. Except in circumstances expressly permitted by law, we will only collect your personal information from the third party after confirming that the third party has obtained your authorization and consent. If the third party's scope of authorization cannot cover our processing and use purposes, we will, on our own or by requiring such third party, obtain your consent before processing your personal information. At the same time, our professional security team will carry out security hardening of personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, access permission control, etc.). We will use protection means and measures no less than those we use for our own users' personal information to protect the indirectly obtained personal information.

(2) Principle of Maximizing Users' Right to Know and Right to Decide: During the data processing process, fully respect the right to know and the right to decide that users enjoy regarding the processing of their personal information.

(3) Principle of Maximizing Security Assurance Capability: We will take necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal information processed, prudently evaluate the purposes for which partners use data, comprehensively assess the security assurance capabilities of these partners, and require them to comply with the relevant requirements of the cooperation agreement.

2. Scope of Partners

If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of partners includes our affiliates and third parties.

3. Entrusted Processing

We may entrust authorized partners to process your personal information, so that the authorized partners may provide certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only entrust them to process your information for the lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes declared in this Policy. Authorized partners may only access the information necessary for the performance of their duties, and we will, through agreements, require them not to use such information for any other purpose beyond the scope of the entrustment. If an authorized partner uses your information for a purpose not entrusted by us, it will separately obtain your consent.

4. Joint Processing

For scenarios involving the joint processing of personal information, we will sign relevant agreements with partners in accordance with legal provisions and stipulate the respective rights and obligations, to ensure compliance with relevant legal provisions and the protection of data security during the use of the relevant personal information.

5. Cooperation Scenarios

To facilitate our provision of products and services to you based on affiliate platform accounts, to identify member account anomalies, and to protect the personal and property safety of our affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement, we will provide your personal information to affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We will only provide necessary personal information, subject to the purposes declared in this Policy. If we provide your sensitive personal information or change the purpose of use and processing of personal information, we will again seek your authorization and consent.

In addition to the aforementioned cooperation scenarios, we may also entrust information to other partners that support our business for processing, including those entrusted by us to provide artificial intelligence generation services, technical infrastructure services, analysis of how our services are used, merchant membership services, or other customer services.

(II) Transfer

If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division, dissolution, or declaration of bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient. The recipient will continue to perform this Policy and other statutory obligations. If the recipient changes the original processing purpose or processing method, it will obtain your consent again.

(III) Public Disclosure

We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. Based on your active choice and other separate consent, we may publicly disclose your personal information;

2. If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously breached our agreements or rules, or to protect the personal and property safety of our users or the public from infringement, we may disclose personal information about you, including the relevant violations and the measures we have taken against you.

(IV) Cessation of Operations

If we cease to operate products and/or services, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information. We will send you notices of cessation of operations by serving them individually or by means of a public announcement, and will delete or anonymize the personal information related to the discontinued products and/or services that we hold.

(V) Circumstances Exempt from Obtaining Your Authorization and Consent in Accordance with the Law

Please understand that in the following circumstances, in accordance with laws, regulations, and national standards, the use of your personal information by partners, or the transfer or public disclosure of your personal information by us, does not require your authorization and consent:

1. Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract at your request;

2. Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations: We may share your personal information based on the provisions of laws and regulations, the necessity of litigation or dispute resolution, or the requirements lawfully made by administrative, judicial, supervisory, or other competent authorities, and the necessity of performing other statutory obligations;

3. Necessary to respond to a public health emergency, or to protect the life, health, and property safety of a natural person in an emergency;

4. Processing of personal information within a reasonable scope for the conduct of news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other acts carried out in the public interest;

5. Processing of personal information that you have made public on your own, or other personal information that has been lawfully made public (such as personal information lawfully made public through lawful news reporting, government information disclosure, and other channels), within a reasonable scope;

6. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

IV. Your Rights

You may access and manage your information through the following means. We will respond to your requests in circumstances that comply with the requirements of laws and regulations:

You have the right to access, correct, or supplement your information through the following means:

1. Log in to the YouVibe website and go to "Account Management" or "Personal Information";

2. Log in to the YouVibe website and select "User Feedback," or get in touch with us via email.

(II) Copying

You may copy your information through the following means: You may copy your personal information after accessing it through the paths listed in "(I) Access, Correction, and Supplementation."

(III) Deletion

You may delete part of your personal information through the means listed in "(I) Access, Correction, and Supplementation," or apply to cancel your account to delete all your information.

In the following circumstances, you may submit a request to delete your personal information to us through user feedback:

1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2. If we collect and use your personal information without having obtained your explicit consent;

3. If our processing of personal information seriously breaches our agreement with you;

4. If our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for achieving the processing purpose;

5. If we cease to provide products or services, or the retention period has expired.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also, at the same time, notify, to the extent possible, the entities that have obtained your personal information from us, and require them to delete it in a timely manner (unless laws and regulations provide otherwise, or such entities have independently obtained your authorization).

After you delete, or we assist you in deleting, the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may be unable to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(IV) Changing the Scope of Authorization

Except for the basic information necessary for our services, you may change or withdraw your authorization by modifying account settings in the backend of our products, changing your system permission settings, or by other means.

If you are unable to directly set the authorization through the aforementioned means, you may provide feedback to us. However, please note that for certain types of personal information, such as the information necessary to achieve the basic functions of our products or services, or the information necessary for us to perform our obligations under laws and regulations, we may be unable to respond to your request to change or withdraw authorization.

After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

(V) Account Cancellation

You may apply to cancel your account through the following means:

1. Submit an account cancellation application in "Account Management - Delete Account";

2. Provide feedback to us, and we will assist you in applying to cancel your account.

To protect user rights and service security, account cancellation must meet certain conditions. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you, and will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. If deletion of personal information is technically difficult to achieve, we will anonymize it, or cease processing other than storage and the taking of necessary security protection measures, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise.

(VI) Responding to Your Aforementioned Requests

For the aforementioned requests made by you, or possibly your guardian, close relatives, and other authorized parties, as well as your relevant personal information rights stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you may lodge a complaint through user feedback or directly to the email of our personal information protection officer. We will provide a response within 15 days.

To safeguard your account security and the security of your personal information, when you submit the aforementioned requests to us, we may first require you to verify your identity (such as by adding account verification, requiring you to provide a written request, or by other reasonable means) before processing your request.

For your reasonable requests, we will in principle not charge fees, but for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we will exercise our discretion to charge a certain cost fee. For information not directly associated with your identity, information for which there is no reasonable ground for repeated applications, or requests that require excessive technical means (for example, the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), that pose a risk to the lawful rights and interests of others, or that are impracticable, we may refuse them.

V. Storage of Information

(I) Retention Period

We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement under the law, We determine the retention period of personal information primarily based on the following criteria:

1. Completing the service purposes related to you, maintaining the corresponding transaction and business records, to address your possible inquiries or complaints;

2. Ensuring the security and quality of the services we provide to you;

3. Whether you agree to a longer retention period;

4. The relevant needs regarding the statute of limitations;

5. Whether there are other special agreements or legal and regulatory provisions regarding the retention period.

After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

(II) Storage Location

In principle, the personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. We will only provide your personal information overseas for the purpose necessary to perform our contract with you or for other lawful processing grounds.

(III) Storage Security

1. Data Protection Technical Measures

We have taken security protection measures that meet industry standards and are reasonably feasible to protect your information and prevent personal information from being accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, or lost without authorization. For example, we use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information; the data exchanged between your browser and the server is protected by SSL protocol encryption, and we provide secure browsing via the HTTPS protocol. We use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from being maliciously attacked. We deploy access control mechanisms and endeavor to ensure that only authorized personnel may access personal information.

2. Data Protection Management and Organizational Measures

We have established an industry-leading, data-centric data security management system that revolves around the data lifecycle, enhancing the security of personal information from the dimensions of organizational building, institutional design, personnel management, and product technology. We have set up a dedicated personal information protection department, appointed a personal information protection officer, and designated a dedicated person responsible for the protection of children's personal information. We continuously strengthen employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information through training courses and examinations.

3. Response to Personal Information Security Incidents

If our physical, technical, or managerial protective facilities are breached, resulting in information being accessed without authorization, publicly disclosed, tampered with, or destroyed, and resulting in damage to your lawful rights and interests, we will promptly activate an emergency plan and take reasonable and necessary measures to minimize the impact on you as much as possible. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will also, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the handling measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. If you are concerned that your personal information, especially your account or password, may have been leaked, please immediately provide feedback to us so that we may take corresponding measures based on your request.

VI. Updates to This Policy

To bring you a better product and service experience, we continuously strive to improve our products, services, and technology. When new services and business processes change, we may update our Privacy Policy to inform you of the specific changes. However, without your explicit consent, we will not restrict the rights you enjoy under this Policy.

For material changes, we will also provide more prominent notices (including notifying you through platform-wide displays or sending you pop-up prompts).

The material changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:
